Die Aktivität der akuten Atemwegserkrankungen (ARE) ist in der 6. Kalenderwoche (KW) 2020 bundes-weit gestiegen, die Werte des Praxisindex lagen insgesamt im Bereich deutlich erhöhter ARE-Aktivität.
Im Nationalen Referenzzentrum (NRZ) für Influenzaviren wurden in der 6. KW 2020 in 138 (66 %) von 210 Sentinelproben respiratorische Viren identifiziert, darunter 32 Proben mit Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09-, 50 Proben mit Influenza A(H3N2)- und zehn Proben mit Influenza B-Viren. Die Influenza-Positivenrate lag bei 43 % (95 %-Konfidenzintervall 36 bis 50 %).
Für die 6. Meldewoche (MW) 2020 wurden nach Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG) bislang 20.629 labordiagnostisch bestätigte Influenzafälle an das Robert Koch-Institut übermittelt (Datenstand: 11.2.2020).
Die Influenza-Aktivität ist im Vergleich zur Vorwoche weiter angestiegen.
